How do I make an order?

You may order online using this website to complete the purchase -or- offline by eTransfer or mailing in your payment, see How To Order.

How do I log into my account?

You do not need an account to use the website or add items to your shopping cart. If you wish to pay with a Paypal account during checkout, you'll be required to log into Paypal - please contact Paypal if you cannot log-in.

My checkout page is just a blank screen?

If this happens, please clear/delete your web browsers data. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer and Opera all have different methods of clearing data - some call it cookies and others cache. Please internet search "How to clear Your Browser data" to find instructions.

What payments do you accept?

Credit Card/Debit Card or Paypal. You may also pay offline with e-Transfer, money order, cashiers cheque, company cheque, or personal cheque - see #2 Ordering Offline.

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, you may pay by logging into your Paypal account, or you may pay without logging into Paypal and use your credit card directly.

How do I track orders?

Orders shipped with either Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost come with tracking and will be provided via email by Canada Post, at the time of departure. Orders shipped by Lettermail do not come with tracking. Delivery time for all shipping methods should not exceed 7 business days (in Canada) after you have received your Shipping Email Confirmation from us.

How do I know my order completed?

When ordering online, you will receive an email receipt to confirm the transaction within minutes of completing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder to see if it made it into there.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, all orders come with free shipping worldwide. Shipping costs within Canada are already some of the highest in the world and it's actually more economical to ship to the majority of international addresses.

Is there faster shipping available?

Yes, you may add Xpresspost 1-3 business day service to your order at any time before it actually ships; it automatically links to your order.

Do you ship to my location?

We ship to all Canadian Provinces and territories, USA continental and its territories, and most international countries.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to all addresses. If you are at a rural residence, business or simply require a PO Box to get your mail, you can receive our packages.

Can I pick up my order?

We are an online only ecommerce organization. All orders are processed and shipped out of our Alberta warehouse. Sorry, there is no pick-up option.

How long will my order take to ship out?

All orders are usually shipped next business day. If an item is out-of-stock the rest of your order will be shipped and then the back-ordered item once it's in stock.

I won't be home for my delivery?

No worries, all shipments are handled by Canada Post: Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost shipments will leave a slip at your door or mailbox for re-delivery or pickup at your local post office. Lettermail shipments will be sent directly to your mailbox.

How do I check my order status?

Payment confirmation, order updates and shipment confirmation (sent at the time of departure) are all automatically sent to the email you provide when completing the checkout process.

Can I change my order?

You may change your order any time before receiving the Shipping Confirmation Email we send when your ordered is shipped. If your order has already shipped you may send it back for an exchange - shipping costs to re-send it back to you may apply.

My order is late, what do I do?

If your order takes longer than the expected delivery time there may be common reason for it. We ship out of rural Western Canada and found a small percentage of orders sent to Eastern Canada take longer than the expected delivery time. Did you provide the correct address filling out the order? Another common reason why orders are late is because the suite number is missing or the address is wrong altogether, like an old address.

Can I make an order and send it to someone else?

Yes, during checkout you may encounter an error if using the giftees address. If this occurs, use your own address and email the giftees address after order completion. Please note sending to an address other than yours voids any shipping insurance.

Do you have a fraud policy?

Yes, we use a third party investigation service to follow up with fraudulent orders, forwarding all gathered information to the RCMP.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in CAD / Canadian Dollars

Is there any custom or duty fees?

Canadian customers experience zero duty or custom fees, we ship out of Alberta, Canada. USA customers will receive their orders from USPS and should not experience custom or duty fees for orders under $250. International customers may experience custom or duty fees.

Do you sell other products than what is listed here?

Yes, there are many different items available through our various websites: OnlineStoreNetwork. You may also email us at any time with a product request.

Is shopping on here secure?

Yes, we use a third party check-out service that has a secure SSL 128 bit encryption ordering process. When you add items to your cart they will be added to a separate secure webpage.

After ordering will I keep getting emails?

No, after the Order Follow-up Email you will not receive any further emails.
