We are an online only ecommerce organization. All orders are processed and shipped out of our Alberta warehouse. Sorry, there is no pick-up option.
All orders are usually shipped next business day. If an item is out-of-stock the rest of your order will be shipped and then the back-ordered item once it's in stock.
No worries, all shipments are handled by Canada Post: Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost shipments will leave a slip at your door or mailbox for re-delivery or pickup at your local post office. Lettermail shipments will be sent directly to your mailbox.

You may change your order any time before receiving the Shipping Confirmation Email we send when your ordered is shipped. If your order has already shipped you may send it back for an exchange - shipping costs to re-send it back to you may apply.
If your order takes longer than the expected delivery time there may be common reason for it. We ship out of rural Western Canada and found a small percentage of orders sent to Eastern Canada take longer than the expected delivery time. Did you provide the correct address filling out the order? Another common reason why orders are late is because the suite number is missing or the address is wrong altogether, like an old address.
Yes, during checkout you may encounter an error if using the giftees address. If this occurs, use your own address and email the giftees address after order completion. Please note sending to an address other than yours voids any shipping insurance.
